Bookings & cancellations
Workshop and class bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the event for a full refund; after that, your payment converts to studio credit. Retreat bookings follow the cancellation schedule stated on each retreat page, reflecting our commitments to venues.
Memberships & courses
Video library membership renews monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Online course purchases grant lifetime personal access to the course materials, including future updates.
Shop purchases
Physical products may be returned unused within 30 days for a full refund. Digital products (recordings, ebooks) are non-refundable once downloaded, as is the way of digital things — but if something is wrong, write to us and we will make it right.
Health & responsibility
Yoga and breathwork are practices, not medical treatment. By participating you confirm you are responsible for your own wellbeing, will honour your body's limits, and will consult a doctor about any condition that may be affected by physical practice or breath retention.
Content & fair use
All videos, courses, and written materials are for your personal practice. Please don't redistribute, resell, or use them to teach commercial classes without written permission — teachers, ask us about licensing; we are generous with it.
