A glimpse inside
Curriculum
Asana & Alignment
Functional anatomy, intelligent sequencing, and hands-on teaching labs across Hatha and Yin traditions.
Breath & Pranayama
Classical pranayama grounded in respiratory physiology — when to energise, when to soothe, and why.
Nervous System Foundations
Polyvagal-informed teaching: reading states of activation, co-regulation, and creating genuinely safe spaces.
Philosophy & Ethics
Yoga's roots and texts in honest, living dialogue with modern practice and the ethics of holding space.
The Art of Teaching
Voice, language, theming, and presence — practicum hours with real students and personal mentoring.
“Aga's training changed not only how I teach, but how I live. I finally understand what it means to feel safe in my own body.”
Questions, answered
Do I need to want to teach?
No. Around half of each cohort joins purely to deepen their own practice — the training is designed to serve both paths.
How experienced do I need to be?
A consistent practice of roughly a year is ideal, but curiosity and commitment matter more than perfect poses.
What if I miss a weekend?
All lectures are recorded, and missed practical hours can be made up in workshops or 1:1 sessions.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes — three or six monthly instalments at no extra cost. A limited number of scholarships are offered each cohort.
